Coach Information
Coaching AYSO is a privilege and can be a very rewarding experience for you and the players. Remember it’s about fun and learning the game of soccer. Years from now will you be the coach one of these kids remembers?

Be sure to check the Calendar for important meetings and events.

All Coaches should attend orientation and field training.

All Volunteers must fill out a volunteer form.

Safe Haven training is an absolute requirement. If you have not received training in the past and do not take it this year, you cannot coach.

AYSO online training for U8 and U10 coach certification, and Safe Haven certification is available at www.aysotraining.org. For online training you must have your AYSO volunteer id#, it is on your preprinted volunteer form you signed, or email the Regional Commissioner or CVPA to get it.
Accident Reporting
If a player or registered adult volunteer (such as a Coach or Assistant Coach) becomes injured during practice or a game, the injury must be reported immediately to the Safety Director, Nina Winans @ nswinans@hotmail.com (look under forms for injury form).
